• The minimum order quantity is 5-10 pieces per bag variant to qualify for a wholesale price. Customized branding is available such as debossing and laser engraving etc.
• All the prices mentioned on the website are retail prices. Please contact us with more info so we can provide an online wholesale estimate for your specific needs.
• We ship our wholesale bags orders via DHL/Fedex/UPS. It usually takes 5 - 7 working days to reach you and we ship worldwide for free.
• All customized samples will be purchased at retail rates. We are happy to provide small discounts for non-customized samples.
• We are not responsible for customs duties & taxes to be paid in the buyer's location, if applicable. However, we will do our best to mitigate any possible costs that could be incurred.
• We make bags to order and do not keep large stocks in our warehouse. Therefore cancellations and revisions cannot be accepted more than 4 days after your order has been received. When we receive your order, we will confirm all the details including your address via e-mail before proceeding with production.
• Due to the handcrafted nature of our manufacturing, each bag will be unique and one of a kind each with its own character. Please expect some variations when ordering in large quantities.
